I’m Ashley Rivera, founder of Kin Family Law Firm, PLLC, a Florida family law firm dedicated exclusively to helping individuals and families navigate some of life’s most personal and challenging transitions.
For more than 15 years, I have represented clients in dissolution of marriage proceedings, paternity actions, prenuptial agreements, post-nuptial agreement adoptions, step-parent adoptions, and mediation. While every family and situation is different, one thing remains constant: when your family, your children, and your future children are involved, you deserve an attorney who will listen, guide you honestly, and advocate for what matters most.
As a wife, a mother of two children, and someone who comes from a blended family, I understand just how much is at stake when the decisions being made extend far beyond a legal case. They impact your home, your children, your finances, your relationships, and ultimately, the next chapter of your life.

My goal is to make an overwhelming process feel a little more approachable.
